We built this from frustration.
Most business software is designed for enterprises with armies of IT departments and six-figure budgets. Small businesses — the ones with everything on the line — are handed watered-down tools and told to figure it out.
We didn't accept that. United Networks Inc was born from a simple but radical belief: that a florist in Kansas City, a contractor in Atlanta, a single-parent entrepreneur in Detroit — all deserve the same technology stack as a Fortune 500 company. Not a lite version. Not a workaround. The real thing.
UNI The Source is our answer. A fully integrated platform — payroll, HR, CRM, AI automation, learning, analytics, and more — built from the ground up for the businesses that the financial system forgot.
This isn't a product launch.
It's a reckoning.
There are 33 million small businesses in America. They employ 46% of the private workforce. They are the backbone, the heartbeat, the actual engine of this country's economy.
And yet — they overpay for payroll. They use disconnected tools that don't talk to each other. They can't afford the AI that their competitors in the Fortune 500 deploy at scale. They file their own taxes, manage their own compliance, and somehow still find time to show up every day.
That ends with UNI. We are building the platform, the movement, and the community that small business has always deserved. Not someday. Now.
We're a startup. We don't have all the answers yet. But we have the conviction — and increasingly, the tools — to change what's possible for founders who refuse to quit.
